Been coming here for a long time every couple weeks spending good money, unfortunately a vape had a defect one time, looking for an exchange I was denied, and shown little to no concern, loved this place but unfortunately the customer service if your not spending money is subpar almost non existent. Gave 2 stars simply for the times everything did go well.
